Dr Beth Yule - Osteopath
Head Clinician and Senior Practitioner

Beth (She/Her) is a dedicated Senior Osteopath, possessing an unwavering commitment to helping individuals alleviate chronic headaches, migraine, and related conditions. Her passion for this field began with her personal battle with chronic daily headaches and migraine, which sent her into an extensive exploration of holistic approaches, treatments and understanding, different health domains, their interconnections, and tailoring interventions based on individual needs.

Beth actively engages with patients in clinic, and her training and experience also extends to treating vestibular disorders and post-concussion syndrome. In clinic she utilizes hands on techniques, posture correction, ergonomic advice, sleep education, lifestyle advice, rehabilitation exercises, and more.

Beth is also a strong advocate in the field, extending beyond clinical practice. She has collaborated with Osteopathy Australia, conducting webinars on topics such as Introduction to Non-Musculoskeletal Causes and Contributors of Chronic Headache and Migraine and Understanding Hormone Migraine – Insights for Osteopaths. She was also invited by the Australia Institute for the Conservation of Cultural Material (AICCM) to host a webinar on Physical Health in the Labs. Beth also shares her expertise with allied health practitioners through seminars and workshops, aiming to enhance practitioner knowledge, and therefore patient outcomes, helping more patients take back control of these often debilitating conditions.

Maddy Parker - Senior Physiotherapist

Maddy graduated from Western Sydney University with a Bachelor of Health Sciences/Masters of Physiotherapy. Maddy's passion to become a Physiotherapist came from her own personal experience as a teenager, experiencing a medical condition with chronic headaches, spinal joint pain, and muscle weakness. After getting through her own intensive rehabilitation, she was amazed at the human body - its resilience, and ability to heal through with the right support team, therapy and lifestyle management. From this stems Maddy‘s interest in helping those experiencing chronic headaches/migraines - she understands the frustrations but then the wonderful outcomes that occur when finding the right team to support you on the road to recovery.

Since graduation, she has always loved particularly working with those clients experiencing upper body, neck, TMJ and headaches, undergoing further training to effectively treat TMD (jaw-pain), neck, and thoracic spinal pain. Although over the years, she found there was a missing link in the long-term solutions, not just symptomatic treatment for her clients experiencing headache/migraines. After finding the Melbourne Headache Solutions team and training in the techniques used  she knew she had found the answers to help her clients thrive - not just survive!

Maddy has recently relocated to Melbourne and is loving her time here. Outside work, Maddy enjoys living an active lifestyle be it daily pilates, bike-riding or swimming. She loves spending her spare time cooking, catching live music gigs, and outdoors exploring all of Australia’s natural beauty - especially her new playground in Victoria.

Rachel Lee - Osteopath

Rachel works with you to facilitate these changes and achieve long-term relief.

Rachel believes the patient must be in control of their own health in order to achieve lifelong results. She strives to make a genuine connection with her patients and create an environment that is comfortable, safe, and empowering- where wins are celebrated and goals are achieved, no matter how big or small. Rachel is sex-positive and LGBTIQA+ inclusive. She is also supportive of sex work and diverse relationship structures.
