MEET THE TEAM
Treating the cause of your headaches and migraines, not just the symptoms.
Beth (She/Her) is a dedicated Senior Osteopath, possessing an unwavering commitment to helping individuals alleviate chronic headaches, migraine, and related conditions. Her passion for this field began with her personal battle with chronic daily headaches and migraine, which sent her into an extensive exploration of holistic approaches, treatments and understanding, different health domains, their interconnections, and tailoring interventions based on individual needs.
Beth actively engages with patients in clinic, and her training and experience also extends to treating vestibular disorders and post-concussion syndrome. In clinic she utilizes hands on techniques, posture correction, ergonomic advice, sleep education, lifestyle advice, rehabilitation exercises, and more.
Beth is also a strong advocate in the field, extending beyond clinical practice. She has collaborated with Osteopathy Australia, conducting webinars on topics such as Introduction to Non-Musculoskeletal Causes and Contributors of Chronic Headache and Migraine and Understanding Hormone Migraine – Insights for Osteopaths. She was also invited by the Australia Institute for the Conservation of Cultural Material (AICCM) to host a webinar on Physical Health in the Labs. Beth also shares her expertise with allied health practitioners through seminars and workshops, aiming to enhance practitioner knowledge, and therefore patient outcomes, helping more patients take back control of these often debilitating conditions.
When not in the clinic, Beth enjoys skiing, reading, yoga and is a 3rd Dan black belt in taekwondo.
