TRIGGERS
There are many things that can trigger a migraine. Knowing your triggers can help to reduce the frequency of your attacks, leading to an easier journey in life. Some triggers are easier to avoid, such as red wine or chocolate, whilst others might be harder to avoid, such as stress or hormones. If you are unsure what might be triggering your migraines, keeping a headache journal can be useful.
