The Christmas season can be a Fabulous season, but there are also quite a lot of things that can increase your headaches and migraines around this time. So let's go through a couple of tips and reminders to help try to make the Christmas season/the end-of-year season an absolutely fabulous time.

We tend to socialize more towards the end of the year, and some people are going out more, staying out longer, which can disrupt their sleep cycle. Headaches and migraines are really susceptible to changes in sleep-wake cycles. So trying to make sure that you're staying on a regular sleep cycle and also making sure that you're getting really good quality sleep is gonna be really important at this time of year as well as any time of the year really.
